I am a graduate student in Biological Oceanography working with Gabrielle Rocap on microbes in oxygen deficient zones. I am interested in using bioinformatic tools to study the roles uncultured microbes play in global biogeochemical cycles. Alongside my work I am pursuing the PCC Graduate Certificate in Climate Science (GCeCS).
