I’m a PhD student in Laura Prugh’s lab (http://www.prughlab.com) with the School of Environmental and Forest Sciences (SEFS) researching how snow affects wildlife movements. I integrate GPS data from collared mammals, remotely sensed landscape variables, and in-situ snow observations in my field sites in the North Cascades, WA, and in Denali National Park, AK. I focus on both predators (wolves, coyotes, cougars) and prey (moose, deer, caribou) in order to better quantify wildlife interactions. I was a member of the 2021-2022 PCC Graduate Student Steering Committee.
