Course Description

Introduces the field of environmental engineering and provides context for engineering concepts using case studies. Combines the fundamental principles underlying disciplines in environmental engineering with engineering approaches and solutions that consider the interconnectedness of human and environmental systems. Topics include sustainability, air pollution, water quality, environmental justice and ethics, water resources, and climate change
