I am a PhD student in the UW School of Oceanography working in the Radioisotope Dating Lab with Dr. Maureen Walczak. My research focuses on using faunal and geochemical proxies in marine sediment cores from glacial-proximal regions to reconstruct ice-ocean interactions during past periods of abrupt global climate change. I am primarily interested in reconstructing oceanographic conditions along the margins of the Greenland and Cordilleran ice sheets leading up to, and coming out of, the Last Glacial Maximum.
