I am a PhD student in the Department of Atmospheric and Climate Sciences, working with Gerard Roe. My research combines theory, a hierarchy of climate models, and observations to understand low-frequency climate variability across both modern and paleoclimate contexts. While in grad school, I have served on PGraSC, co-chaired the Graduate Climate Conference, and organized the Climate Journal Club. Outside of research, I spend my time backpacking, reading, doing political organizing, and performing improv comedy.
